Features Specifications:Applying our cooperation with Italian technologies and learning,TCP PIONEER developed the 4 in 1 Filler with Bottle Rinsing,Pistion Filling,Beverage Filling and Capping all in one moboblock with capacity of 12,000 BPH to 36,000 BPH depending on bottle sizes and volume.The 4 in 1 Filler is suitable for normal liquid beverage filling,such as potable water,tea,juice,isotonic beverage or high viscosity drinks such as yogurt,yogurt milk and fruit milk ,with or without SAC or fruit pulp.The 4 in 1 Filler is desiged with stainless steel construction with all product contact parts made of SUS 316 materials and meet food and sanitation standards.The 4 in1 Filler is controlled by PLC with easy operations and adjustment and,safety in operation.The 4 in 1 Filler has special design features such as special clamping device to provide quick and stable transfer of bottles and it can be either neck-handing or bottom support.The Piston Filler is designed so that when rhere is no SAC or fruit pulp filling,it can be by-passed through star-wheel and bottles go directly to the Beverage Gravity Filler.The 4 in 1 Filler is also equipment with neck-handing Bottle Rinser and Class 100 clean-air enclosure,etc.as optional items to provide Clean or Ultra-Clean rinsing/filling/capping environment.
Bottle Rinser
Clamping device with double opening grippers to provide strong and stable bottle clamping.The gripper can only be opened from cam side.
Single or double rinsing cycle,each with its own piping,circuit and distributor.
Stainless steel platform in Rinsing carrousel for easy maintenance.
Gripper twist lubrication circuit
Gripper handles can be changed for different bottle formats.
Chlorination filter unit is equipped with manual ball valve,pressure gauge and safety pressure relief.
Rinsing time can be adjusted based on customer's specifications.
Piston SAC/Fruit Pulp Filler
Filler heas equipped with safety shut-off and 3-way valve, as well as quick coupling connection.
Filler nozzle can be designed to fit various and different bottle configurations.
"No Bottle,No Fill"photocell.
Pistion cam position can be stored in HMI for set-up,adjustment and operation data storage.
Filler bowl is equipped with pneumatic mixing and analog probe for level control.
CIP provided with CIP cups to maintain area cleanness inside the filler.
Temperature feed-back at Inlet and Discharge to ensure correct filling temperature.
Complete recycle unit with recycle tank,CIP water pump,PD pump for SAC or fruit pulp,and related piping & fittings.
Machine by-pass through mechanical clutch.
Gravity Beverage Filler
Filling level adjustable based on different products and bottle configurations.
With cam's control in transition area,filling valves move up and down to control bottles input and discharge.
CIP provide with CIP cups to ensure area cleanness by CIP return system.
Temperature feed-back at Inlet and Discharge to ensure correct filling temperature.
Product inlet controlled by 3-way proportion valve to ensure steady fill level in filler bowl.
Filler bowl level controlled by analog probe,and allows setting of the filling speed according to production capacity.
Complete recycle unit with recycle tank,CIP water pump,PD pump for SAC or fruit pulp,and related piping & fittings.
At emergency shutdown,SAC or fruit pulp recirculation is avoided by shutting down the filling valves.
Capper
Suitable for various pre-threaded plastic caps or plastic caps of other formats.
Pick and place feeding device with cap missing photocell.
Capping heads with magnetic clutch and torque adjustment.
Mechanical cap sorter.
Cap chute with UV light and cap missing detection photo eye.
Equipped with neck chlorinated water rinsing system before capping.
