LONG NEW R&D friction type rewinding shaft handles various torques between shaft and sliding ring providing uniform rewinding tension.Rewinding speed difference caused by material thickness variation can be compensated by the sliding motion that ensures consistent tension at all times.
Two independent rewinding motors with a fully automatic air control system provide extremely stable rewinding tension without the need to adjust the tension according to speed and diameter variables.
