Cleaning
• In order to ensure maximum efficiency in removing iron particles, a cleaning schedule should be established on the basis of the amount of contamination removed. Before cleaning, open the latches and pull out the magnetic grid individually. (Note: Do not open the latches of the second magnetic grid until the first magnetic grid has been removed. Place the two grids apart for certain distance to avoid hazard situation.)
• Use a soft cloth and wipe the magnetic bar towards de-Gaussing area at both ends. The iron particles will drop down easily. After cleaning, push the grids back in and close the latches. The machine is now ready for operation. Repeat the cleaning procedures as often as necessary.
Caution
• The magnetic bar has a strong magnetic field. Do not close to other magnetic objects during cleaning and operation to avoid any hazard situation.
• Do not scratch the surface of the magnetic bar with sharp objects under any circumstances.
• To avoid any hazard situation or weaken the magnetic strength, the magnetic bar should not be removed by unauthorized person.
