The SM-300 automatic rotary type metering filling machine is a rotary type filling and metering machine. Suitable for high production bottled products with plug insertion and cap sealing function.
It can be operated together with can/bottle conveyor, providing continuous filling operation.
The transmission system of the filling machine is driven by a servo motor (Japan Mitsubishi) for high accuracy.
The filling system features automatic bottle guide, bottle positioning elevation and vibration filling.
No filling in case of lack of bottle. The machine will stop automatically when bottle is jammed.
Product types and weights can be memorized for added convenience of management.
The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for operational convenience.
All air cylinders employ Japan (SMC) standards for dependable quality.
