The SM-400 automatic filling metering machine is designed for high production multi-head filling and metering for bottled and canned products.
It can be operated together with can/bottle conveyor for multi-head filling operation.
The parameter setting for each filling head is made independently.
The transmission system of the filling machine is driven by a servo motor (Japan Mitsubishi) for high accuracy
The filling system features automatic bottle guide, bottle positioning elevation and vibration filling.
Automatic bottles/cans positioning and elevation, and vibration filling.
There is a photo sensor for bottle detection so to achieve a gold of Bottle-Fill and No-Bottle-No-Fill.
Product types and weights can be memorized for added convenience of management.
The control system employs a touch-sensing screen for operational convenience.
