Our ISO-9000 certified casting factory has about 25 year history since it was established and can turn out castings 5,000tons per year. Powerful Production Capability
We have spectrograph tester for material chemical component, testing machine and hardness tester, 8 sets electrical furnace, 5 sets casting surface clearing machine, such as sand blasting machine, two sets heat treatment equipment for casting. Besides, we have 19 sets CNC lathes, 3 sets CNC boring and milling center, two general milling machine, and two general lathes, one grinder, 10 sets drilling and tap machines, two sawer, following measuring tools: vernier clipper, digital caliper, digital slide caliper, depth gauge, angle square, external micrometer, micrometer standard,Indicator dial micrometer, internal micrometer, granite table, accuracy 1, lever dial indicator, straight edge, thread no go gauge, pin go no go gauge, machining surface quality testing machine, and 3D measuring system-CMM.
