Shanghai Carthane is one of the New and Hi-tech Enterprise in Shanghai. The main business includes auto parts made from high quality polyurethane elastomers and engineering plastics. Shanghai Carthane also supplies the special polyurethane elastomer system materials.
Automotive part products include the jounce bumpers, dust cover, the pedal integration, etc. And the products have been used to many types of cars of main auto companies ,such as Japan Mazda, SGM, SVW, Faw-VW, Changan-Ford, Wuhan-Citroen, Chery, Nanjing-Fiat, Guangzhou-Honda, Changan-Suzuki, Hainan Mazda, and so on.
The high quality polyurethane elastomer of Carthane gets Bayer’s technical support and the sole license of the Vulkollan brand in China. Main product is the high load-bearing wheel and roller.
Shanghai Carthane has established the total quality control system according to the TS/ISO16949-2002 obtained from TUV in 2002.
