CY-3000 Labelling Machine is suitable for square and round bottles. It not only can simultaneously label front and back of bottle but also can label one side of a ottle. This machine is suitable for medicine, food, beverage, and chemical industries.
Features:
The machine all made up of stainless steel and aluminum alloy from main board,main frame, convey belt table, legging, to interface. Main frame is qualified according to G.M.P. standard.
The control system provides in one side or in front and back labelling choices.
No experience users only need to touch of a button and, any type of label can be setup simply.
Suitable for independent operation, also possible for connection with line operation.
The Auto Labelling has been designed for labor saving, and cost reduction in bottle labelling operations.

Hot Foil Printer
Function: to print on paper, plastic and aluminum product i.e. manufactured date, expiry date, validly date, weight, and batch number.
Transparent Sensor
Function: to detect transparent labels.
Automatic Feeding Turn Table
Function: labeling can be in high speed with an auto in-feeding table. Reduce manpower to put the bottle time.
Automatic Collecting Turn Table
Function: Automatic collecting containers after labelling and containers can be simple collected by a case.
Labelling Angle Adjusting Mechanism

Function: If the surface of containers is not flat, an adjusted labelling head which can be adjusted to 15 degree for each direction in order to label smoothly.
Conveyor Transfer Mechanism
Function: To be installed between two machines with different speed of conveyors to let containers pass through smoothly.
