About Us
Changzhou Jade Bearing Co., Ltd. is located in Changzhou city of Jiangsu province. It covers a floor space of 12,000 square meters including a production space of 10,000 square meters.
We specialize in producing water pump bearings, needle roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and all kinds of non-standard bearings. The products are widely used for cars, motorcycles, textile industries, construction machinery and machine tools. Having a nice reputation for high quality in international markets, our bearings have been exported to America, Europe, Taiwan area, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
We have kept a dramatic developing trend since being founded in 2003. The production value of 2007 was RMB28 million. There are 200 experienced workers in our company, and 20% of them have college or higher degrees. With over 30 years experience in bearing manufacturing industry, the chief engineer of our company has been holding the responsibility for innovation and development.
Currently, we have more than 100 precision CNC machines, grinders and 12 precision measuring instruments in total to meet manufacture requirements. In order to assure high quality of our products, all manufacturing processes are controlled under the ISO9001:2000 system.
We have a strong capacity in production and technique development. All products are engineered by experienced experts, manufactured with advanced equipment and controlled under an efficient quality assurance system. We guarantee to provide first-class products and service to all customers.
