The nut is made of C-1045 steel and the washer is madeof 42Crmo steel (Equivalent ANSI 4140 steel)
The H.T. is done by mesh belt furnace diviaedly.
The assembly is done by hydraulic press so the nut can turn freely on washer.

M22X1.5X31(H), M22X1.5X27(H), M20X1.5,M18X1.5,3/4-16 etc.
