About Us
Shanghai Hewei Sliding Bearing Manufacture Co., Ltd. is subordinated to Shanghai Hewei Corporation of China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). We are a military project enterprise specializing in manufacturing Steel Backing with Copper Based Alloy Bushings. Our company is located in Jiuting Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, known as "the Peal of Western Suburbs". Our transportation is very convenient.
Owing to the first class technicians, equipped with the best quality and delicate test equipment, with more than 10 years' experience in manufacturing bushings and great ability in technical development, we can design and produce all kinds of bushings for customer needs and requirements, with the annual capacity of over 30 million pieces. To guarantee product and meet customer requirements, our manufacturing process is strictly controlled under ISO9002. We have established cooperation with more than 150 companies from at home and abroad.
Our products are widely applied in connecting rods, rocker arms, steering joints, gear-boxes, oil tanks and support wheels, and other parts of cars, motorcycles, air compressors, air conditioners, and hydraulic mechanism. Our products have high load capacity, high fatigue strength, good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. They are qualified to all relevant international and national industry standards and specifications, such as ISO4383:1981, GB12613:90 and ZBT12002:87.
