Guangzhou Kangmingsi Auto Parts Industry Co.,Ltd locates at Huadu Auto City, 727 miles road can be use inside Huadu district, adjacent to highway net: the 105?106 and 107international highways, 15km far away from airport. Founded in 1996, Our company was Ruian Huannan Auto Engine Parts Industry Co., LTD before. The company specializes in all kinds of aluminum alloy pistons of engines, covering floor area of 13,000sq.m and the second phase workshop is under construction.
Now it has over 200 employees, 12 production lines, over 300 varieties in 30 series?We predict the production line will reach 22 lines. it will have 600employee.and annual productive capacities will go to over 6 million pieces. Product technological types can be divided into ring-insert booster piston, internally-cooled channel piston, special shaped pin-hole piston and pin-hole bushing piston, etc. Product surface treatment includes tinning, phosphating, graphite coating and anodizing and so on. Products range from several fields, such as automobile, motorcycle, engineering machinery, shipping, compressor and general machinery, etc. The company pays much attention to technical progress and scientific innovation and is catching up with advanced international levels in terms of new product development, technical equipment production and application of computer. It has professional technical management talents and advanced imported high-precision piston casting machine, CNC machining production line, three-coordinate measuring machine and advanced technology introduced from Japan. Piston testing center and material test center on a large scale have been set up, which aims to provide strong support for manufacturing top-flight products and excellent fittings for many domestic main engine factories and large-sized maintenance market. Great progress has also been made in international market developing. Its products have been exported to more than 10 countries in Europe and America, Southeast Asia and Middle East, etc. The company has established good reputation and enterprise image by excellent brands and honest operation.
