Main technical features:
High precision mechanic filling valve is adopted as filling valve.
The overall machine has the capability of evacuating for two times and also the function of not evacuating without bottles.
With high pressure foaming device to decrease the air content in the bottle neck and minimize the dissolving oxygen in the beer.
As for the drive, it is modular design, stepless speed regulating through frequency conversion and with large range of speed variation.
During aeration or beer filling, the quality problem of bottle leads to bottle explosion. The beer valve automatically shuts and it is equipped with automatic rinsing device for broken bottle.
Magnetic hopper of stainless steel is adopted. The handling, intake and feeding are all done by magnetic. The operation is with weak deformation, large amount of cap intake and smooth flow, reliable capping and automatic
unloading function, and lower bottle breakage ratio.
Alignment guidance adopts guide rot type which has pre-covering function.
The main drive of the machine is speed regulating by frequency conversion with accurate output of pulse signal so as to control the synchronous tracking of the bottle in and out belt.
