Our company is an expert in the R&D of casting materials for slide bearings, as well as the manufacture and sale of slide bearings. Our company has three patents for slide bearings in structure and invention of materials. Our company is located in the west of Hangzhou, covering an area of 13200sqm. There are a Qianwang New Material R&D Center, and a testing basic place. Our company is a member of companies to draft standard of aluminium alloy and lead free copper alloy in Chinese slide bearing industry, also a member of Auto Association. Professional technological engineers occupy 10% of our employees. We can design, develop and offer products according to samples or drawings from customers. We have ability to accept samples or charts according to the requirements of customers, for example: thick walled, single matched or heterotype slide bearings, materials of aluminium alloy, copper based-steel, aluminium based-steel and other alloy. We will try our best to do according to APQP, FMEA and PPAP standards, in order to satisfy all of domestic and international customers, also potential customers. Our characteristic products contain three series. I. Large-sized casting aluminium alloy protective products Our company develops a type of aluminium alloy named QW/Al-001 for slide bearing (AlSn6CuNi) used in producing all kinds thick walled whole flanged bearings, single/double flanged bushes, single metal aluminium bearings, slides, slide-shoes and thrust washers. Performance of material equal to standard of American Association SAE770/-780, is a kind of abrade-resistant casting aluminium alloy. II. Large casting copper alloy products National invention patent QW/Cu-003 for slide bearing is lead free copper. Performance of material has achieved the standard of domestic/international. It can satisfy countries and areas where have environmental protective policy. We can produce thick walled whole flanged bearings, single/double flanged bushes, single metal copper bearings, slides and thrust washers at all kinds of grades. III. Bimetallic thick walled above 5mm whole casting products Casting copper-steel bimetallic whole flanged bearings and bushes, thick walled above 5mm whole flanged bearings, single/double flanged bushes. V. Products according to samples and charts from customers We manufacture all kinds slide bearings according to samples and charts from customers, using all internationally-graded copper and aluminium alloy.
