About Us
Wa Tai Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded on July 8, 1974, and we now have almost 35 years experience manufacturing metal hardware for both Taiwan domestic and International markets.
Initially, Wa Tai’s business was based on domestic sales of round head threaded screws. In 1990, we expanded our marketing strategy to include export products such as hexagonal screws and carriage bolts. Through early 1999, we gradually shifted production to hex flange bolts, which remains our core product series to this day.
In addition to Wa Tai’s manufacturing development, we also continue our improvements throughout our manufacturing technology, research & development, and quality assurance departments. In 1998, we established TUV PS ISO-9001:2001 quality management certification, and expanded this in November 2003 with TUV QS9000 certification. In December 2005 we acquired TUV ISO/TS16949 certification in order to facilitate our transition from Taiwan’s domestic market to our International export market. We are constantly working to advance and improve our quality management practices to guarantee “Worry Free” delivery of all products, to all customers.
Wa Tai’s expert R&D department strives to deliver new products to meet each customer’s specific needs. We can deliver bolts and products to meet the strictest specifications and tolerances. To that end, our management has established a “Three Hearts” policy: Attention to Customer Service, Care towards Product Quality, Respect to Employee Expertise. We trust that this philosophy will increase WT brand recognition as the premier choice for bolts meeting all international standards of excellence.
