ZCF-XQ Auto Cup Filling And Sealing Machine With Precut Lid And Roll Film
The whole process of the machine, cup dispensing, no-cup detect, dust sucking, filling, (Lid sucking and placing-dot sealing-heat sealing)(Film placing-heat sealing-photoelectric pattern proofreading-cutting –leftover film collecting), cup discharge, CIP and air purifying, are all under fully automatic control. The machine is used for filling and sealing of products like coffee milk, milk, yoghurt, ice cream, artificial diary products, juice, etc… The machine can be used for cups of two diameters. And both precut lid and roll film can be used in the machine. The machine is a new kind of foodstuff packaging equipment with advanced technology, applicable function, reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy and stable operation, and convenient for maintenance. It uses PLC+ Touch screen control. The electrical and pneumatic components for the machine are mainly imported from Japan or Germany.
