Zhangqiu Heavy Duty Forging Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangqiu City, famous as "land of ironsmith" in China. We are a privately owned enterprise taking forging blank as main industry, established in 1992, covering an area of 100,000sqm, with building area of 60,000sqm. Now, we have over 500 employees, including 30 engineering technical personnel and 15 engineers, with assets worth over US$15,000,000. Our annual output of forging is 50,000 tons. We mainly produce forging blank fittings for automobiles, hydraulic machinery, generating equipment, fittings for petrochemical industry, engineering machinery, metallurgical machinery, mine, railway and shipping machinery. We attained ISO9001 Quality System Certification in 2001. Our main equipment includes a piece of five-ton free forging hammer, a piece of three-ton forging hammer, a piece of 8,000-ton pressure machine, five pieces of 1,000-ton friction presses, a piece of 8-ton die hammer with medium frequency induction heating, 50 pieces of machining equipment, over ten pieces of heat treatment well type and chamber type electric furnaces, able to complete product normalizing, annealing and hardening and tempering. The test equipment is complete with physical and chemical laboratory, optical microscope, supersonic wave nondestructive flaw detection and magnaflux, able to do mechanical test, metallurgical phase picture, electronic infrared temperature measurement meter and hardness meter. Our main cooperative manufacturers at home are China Heave Duty Automobile Company, John Dier Tiantuo Company, Jinan Generating Equipment Plant, Qilu Petrochemical Group, Xuzhou Industry Group, Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool Group and Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Works.
