Established in 2002, Nantong Zhuoyue Precision Machinery Units Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the research, design, manufacture, sale and service of springs. Our company has fix assets of 50 million RMB and covers an area of about 20,000 square meters. We have more than 30 sets of computerized coiling machines, a wire forming system, 1 set of hot coiled spring line, 3 sets of computer 8-model machines, 3 sets of automatic quenching & annealing lines, 6 sets of automatic grounding machines, 3 sets of shot peening machines, 1 set of powder coating line and 1 set of E-coating line. We can manufacture different kinds of springs with diameter from 0.05mm to 8.0mm. Our daily output is 40 million pieces.
